services company. We have been in business in the Dallas Fort Worth Area for
over eight years. With our experience we have helped our clients succeed in every

History
Jay Wojnas started Precision designs in 1997 after having worked for several
prominent area builders. He saw a need for a design firm that focused on design
as well as production from the builders perspective. Today Precision Designs has
grown from just a small firm specializing in custom plan design to one that
offers a multitude of services.
Future Plans
In the future you will see Precision Designs expand their services to include
all aspects of the construction process including engineering, permitting, and
surveying. This way we will be a one stop shop for all of a builders design
and production needs.
